LATE NIGHT MOON INSPIRED YOGA & DJS

Join Yogi Sanchia Legister and poet and DJ Charlie Dark for a 90 minutes urban yoga class and meditation inspired by lunar imagery and accompanied by a moon themed playlist curated by legendary Run Dem Crew founder Charlie Dark. The session is designed to slow things right down, facilitate purification and tune into the ebbs and flows of the Moon. The focus will be on deep breathing, deep meditation and lunar imagery.
Expect to see an ordinary space transformed into a starry night paradise as we carefully take you on a journey of moon inspired vibes through scents, music, imagery, movement and meditation.
After the class is over and you’re grounded and relaxed, Artfix stays open for 1 more hour for you to enjoy more music, tea drinking and socialising.

This event is part of Moon Festival’s and of Royal Greenwich’s first ever #WoolwichLate. To experience the moon at its fullest tonight we recommend coming to our Free Street Party (6pm-10pm in General Gordon Square, less than 3 minute walk from the venue) then come straight to Late Yoga.
Beginners and more experienced practitioners equally welcome
